Once pre-approved, it’s time to find a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent. Tjara Halal Financing has partnered with a team of best Real Estate Agents all across Canada. These agents have been pre-screened to ensure that you receive outstanding service and expert advice. Working with these real estate agents to purchase a home can save you money, please ask your Tjara product advisor. Real estate agents who represent buyers are compensated by the seller. Sellers pay their listing agents who then share half of that commission with a buyer’s agent. You will be free to choose any of the listed Tjara Real Estate Agent in your area, that you would like to work with. If you have your own Real Estate Agent, no issues, then in that a small proportional service fee will be charged by Tjara Halal Financing, please ask your Tjara product advisor. If you use the Tjara Real Estate Agent then there is no cost to you.

Once connected with a licensed real estate agent, it’s time to go on showings and submit an offer on your favorite home.

1. SHOWINGS: Work with your local real estate professional to filter through all those listings, to schedule appointments to go and see listings that fit your budget and meet your expectations.

2. MAKE AN OFFER: Once you’ve weighed all the pros and cons, and you’ve identified the home that checks most if not all your boxes, you’re ready to submit an offer. Your real estate agent will reach out to the seller and submit an offer and then negotiate a fair price on your behalf.

3. HOME INSPECTIONS: Your real estate agent will help you hire a licensed home inspector to complete an inspection of your home. Depending on your home, you may opt to have other inspections completed – such as a pest inspection, chimney inspection, electrical inspection, and a heating and air conditioning inspection. Consult with your real estate agent to determine what’s best for you and to determine a timeline for what needs to be completed prior to closing.

3. CLOSING COSTS:
